Chocolate cookie tarts?

Anyone ever made something like this?its dh birthday and I think I'll try something like this
Any t&t receipts?doesnt have to be Malteser
Also where do you get malted milk powder?dont even know what this is!
Also the coarse kosher salt?

OMG that looks amazing

I make Nigella's chocolate malteser cake a lot and that uses Horlicks
Jedi Boy is 6, the Little Princess is 3....

Kosher salt isn't 'kosher' in the sense of being suitable for Jews. It's a type of salt whose grains are larger than table salt, and flat rather than cubic.
Maldon's probably nearer kosher salt than normal table salt.
The name comes from 'koshering salt', which is salt used to help make meat kosher. It's not that the salt itself is kosher.
