Part 2: Rewearing an interview outfit

Thank you for all the opinions on the other thread. I'm still a bit especially with the weather being so warm.

For the 1st interview on Wednesday I wore this top with smart wide legged trousers and a fine knit black cardigan with black t-bar heels. (It doesn't have an asymmetric hem btw, just a dodgy photo)

I have a black jet necklace and chunky bangle I can wear with it which I didn't wear last time. The problem with it is that i would have to wear the cardi over the top. When I got home I took off the cardi and realised i had big sweat patches that were visible on the lighter colour under the arms and under my boobs where it had caught when I sat down so I wouldn't feel comfortable taking the cardi off. They were fairly subtle sweat patches but there all the same. If tomorrow is anything like today, it's going to be a very sweaty day. I have washed and dried it since yesterday and the sweat patches have gone completely so it's ready to wear.

The other option I have is this dress:

As always with M&S, it's much nicer in real life especially without the dodgy photoshopping So I could wear that with the same t-bar heels and jewellery. The only thing is that I have horrible big bruises on my legs and would need to wear tights which again would make me hot and bothered.

I am definitely meeting 2 different people to those who interviewed me in the first instance, I'm not sure if those 2 will be around - maybe for introductions?

So tights or potential sweat patches? Opinions welcome!

No, the interview is first thing tomorrow I had a quick scout around today but couldn't find anything that fit well enough over breastfeeding they all gaped or looked wrong. Plus I felt dreadful, especially in the heat so had to stop after a while.

Have you got a maternity top that might work?

Or a plain white top, to wear with the cardi like it's a jacket?

I would go for the dress. I also have sweaty pits and would feel more nervous about that issue - thus causing more sweat. Good luck honey!

No white tops I don't do white

I shall have a look through my clothes but whilst I have some ok tops, I'm not sure they are Interview smart (but then again as you know, it's not a very formal role, I just thought I should be smart for the interview). I take it you don't like the dress?

I like the dress, you just didn't sound like you wanted to wear tights.

If that's not an issue, then definitely the dress!
