. A little bit of a 'Yay me'

As per a few of my previous posts after umming and ahhing about it and finally going for a managers position as a job share and job share lady excluding me from major decisions and causing a lot of upset and then upsetting our team we had a final review today and I have been offered the job on my own.

I have said yes, I feel really good that the management think I have done a good job and will continue to do so on my own but also quite a big bit scared and OMG have I done the right thing?!

    Time will tell I guess

Congratulations! You obviously impressed them for them to offer you the position on your own

Well done Biba! I wondered what you were referring to earlier!

If they didn't think you could do it, they really wouldn't have offered it to you as they've seen you doing the job. You'll be great!
