Chicken thighs and aubergine on the BBQ. Liberal use of chilli oil too.

Chicken and veg kebabs. Chicken has been marinated in this Yoshimas gourmet sauce stuff from Costco which makes it sooo tender and yummy. Can't wait!

We had some yummy Waitrose burgers with homemade coleslaw, salad and homemade sauted potatoes sitting in the garden- the first time this year that we have had dinner al fresco. Please can we have a nice summer

J&S were born in a hot summer, in most of the pics they just had their nappies on but it was too hot to go outside for very long!

I've not had much of a cooking mojo recently - DH has been doing most of the cooking as it's either been BBQ or stir-fry. Last night he made one of the Wagamama salads - warm chicken one - so we'll most likely have a variation of that, or some rainbow trout fillets on salad. (Low carb

)

Like the sound of some of the summery meals above!
