I've not had much of a cooking mojo recently - DH has been doing most of the cooking as it's either been BBQ or stir-fry. Last night he made one of the Wagamama salads - warm chicken one - so we'll most likely have a variation of that, or some rainbow trout fillets on salad. (Low carb
)
Like the sound of some of the summery meals above!

I still need to assemble our new gas BBQ (it looks horribly complicated from the brief read-through I had yesterday
) so am v. jealous of those having BBQ'd stuff for dinner!
