Absolutely anything that's not in any way related to the Jubilee.

I remember the silver jubilee too. We spent it at a street party at my granny's. It was fab. I was 5.

I would have taken the kids somewhere but they are at their Dads in London Saturday to Tuesday. I do hope he does something for it as the kids would love it but I won't hold my breath.

I will be sleeping - alot! Making the most of a few childfree days!

Not a thing except enjoying an extra long weekend. I'm off from 30/5 - 6/6

I'm not a royalist* and can't muster up any energy to celebrate the fact Liz has managed not to pop her clogs for the last 60 years.

    * I did however unexpectedly really, really enjoy the Royal Wedding last year, so I may surprised myself again this year!

George and Brad, free with every BlueKat post...bargain !

Re: What are you doing for the Jubilee?

I'm very fortunate as one of my friends has organised a street party from 12pm, which includes lots of children's games and face-painting, so DD will be entertained while I catch up with friends In the evening there's a pub quiz for the adults and disco for the children

I'm really looking forward to it and really want it to be a day for DD to remember as I have lovely memories of the silver Jubilee

Line, when is this please. I'd quite like to take the kids to watch. Also where abouts are you going to watch it?
