    Well done!

I voted for Aurora's school, and generally did stuff I was supposed to do. This very rarely happens

I actually did ALL the housework, planted some flowers that have been waiting for weeks, got up to date with the washing, made a dinner from scratch and visited a new place of employment. Putting my feet up now!

I made my husband breakfast in bed this morning AND held my tongue about the fact that he came home drunk last night and woke me up! It took a good deal of effort

Talked someone down from suicidal thoughts and although I know it was a good thing, it was very hard.

Iv been really down lately and havnt been leaving the house to much the kids wanted to stay home etc so most days we've been staying in pjs (sounds awful I know but been so down had no motivation) so got up this morning dropped k school headed straight for local lakes (and I dived In...joke) and nature centre

Was there from 9 till 3 running round playing smelling flowers with kids of course ( iv had worst weekend)

I just feel proud that maybe iv started to be able to find a way to breath through it

Another day out tomorrow I think

    Janice and helpimfalling.

I was very tempted to stay home and drink wine in the sun after work today while MrB and the kids had a BBQ, but forced myself to go out riding instead; aimed for 10 miles but did 12.5 so was pleased with that.

Re: What have you done today to make you feel proud?

I dragged myself off my lazy backside and ran 5K down the river and through the park in the sunshine

Not a big thing as I run at least once a week anyway but I have been struggling to motivate myself to run on week nights so it is an achievement.
