Re: How do you feel about the olympics?
I'm starting to get a little bit excited, problem is Martin will go completely over the top and we'll have wall to wall coverage, I believe the BBC is showing 20 hours of Olympic coverage each day

We have family tickets to the rowing final.Mum to 2 beautiful girls
and a handsome little man

I am really excited
We have tickets to some boxing, and the cycling is happening very near where we live so will go to that too.
I do feel a bit
about the investment its taken given how badly the country is faring right now, but hopefully it will provide at least short-term employment, it has certainly regenerated some previously deprived areas and well, let's face it its a bit late now so we might as well enjoy it
no matter how far you have travelled down the wrong road, you can always turn around.

Not sure how much of the Olympic coverage we will watch, some of our family have tickets for events and we went to see the torch relay today which DD loved.

Re: How do you feel about the olympics?
I keep thinking I should be more interested, but I'm just not in to sports. E loves gymnastics so we'll try to watch some of that as I think it will be a good motivator for her. Her gymnastics place is also being used as a training base for one of the teams so we might go & watch them train at some point.
