I get support in as much as time off to study if I asked for it (which I haven't) but I can't get support from an HR team as such as I am the only person in HR.
I would get the post grad certificate after year 1 (I think?) so wouldn't walk away with nothing.

I think its definitely worth looking in to what you'd get if you finish now and also where you'd stand in picking up the second year a few years down the line. Also look in to what you'd need to upgrade to Chartered MCIPD as you might have enough work experience to apply.
