Re: Clothes issues
My niece also had issues with clothes from about the age of 7 to about 12. She hated getting new clothes and refused to wear anything that was bought for her. She could, sometimes, wear the clothes that she picked herself but not all the time.
We just put it down to something that she wanted to show control over and she would grow out of it. She did.
Not sure this helps you, but just so you know it's not completely abnormal.

Re: Clothes issues
I have no experience of your problem (sorry to call it a problem, I don't mean that in a unkind way) but just wondered if your daughter would be happy to have her old, too small clothes, made into a sort of patchwork blanket or cushion that she could keep and have memories of. Or perhaps buy her a memory chest to keep her favourite things in. Either way, I am sure you will work through it. Take care x

I've got some birkies but I can't wear...
Is there actually any such thing as stylish, comfortable summer shoes/sandals?
