SAHM - are you bored when your kids are at school?

I am at home 4 days a week and no I am not bored in the slighest I help out quite a lot of school, meet friends for coffee (or drinks if its Bluecow) and generally enjoy my freedom

It has taken me from September till only a few weeks ago where I wasnt still really missing Serena being at home but I am coping

I really struggled to begin with as I was made redundant so SAHM was kind of forced on me. However now I've kind of found my niche and most days are pretty busy. I voulnteer for Marie Curie Cancer Care one day a week and at my kids school one day a week. The rest of the time I manage to fill with shopping, coffee, running, ice skating, crafting - and a smidge of housework! Still always got my eye open for the perfect part time job within school hours and school holidays off - the proverbial hens teeth!!
