...I took the opportunity to come down to London at the weekend and cram some exhibitions in whilst DH had a long weekend, and before London goes bonkers with the Olympics, etc (and before the Freud exhibition finally ended).

I found out about this place before going and as I'd given myself Sat afternoon 'off' the galleries to wander, shop, etc went for a nosey... I was just about to go in and see if there was any appointments left and a huge gang went in (hen party or something I guess) and realised they would be booked up to the max!

They give you a lookbook thing like this for hair and for make up and you pick your 'looks' by the name

I work practically next door to the Courtauld Gallery and near several others. I really don't take the time out to appreciate them. Must do better. Probably after the Olympics x

My friend had her make-up/hair done there for her wedding on 28 April - the wedding pics are fab! Oh, and her hair and make-up was lovely too.
