Ebay faulty item help!
I bought a pair of lovely curtains on Ebay, I was really pleased with them when they arrived.
However, I've just washed them, after following the washing instructions and the lining has disintegrated, all over me, my washing machine and the curtains!
What are my options, does the seller have to refund me? They are a company rather than an individual if that makes a difference.
What a shame, I was so pleased with them

If they were advertised as new and it was a company then I would email them & explain what happened (the same way as you would if it was a shop). If they were 2nd hand then it's not really the sellers fault that the washing instructions weren't correct.

Scatterbrain they were brand new and in the packet.
The seller came back to me and has offered to refund me in full. Phew! Shame though, as I did really like the curtains.
