Did you keep your baby's first nappy?!

I've got both prgnancy tests and their hospital bands.

My mum's got her c section clips from when she had me and also the talcum powder she used in hospital. She says she's only got to smell it and she's back in hospital with her new baby- 36yrs ago!

I kept cord and clamp from both, wrist/ankle bands from kids and me, c section stockings from both ops, hair from C, S hasn't had hers cut yet but i will keep some, erm Oh yeah kept clothes as well, think i've got a nappy box for each one full of clothes i didn't want to get rid of, coming home outfits, first shoes etc.

I always thought I was quite sentimental but reading this thread has made me realised that I'm not. I've kept hospital bracelets and that's it. When DS's cord dropped off we found the clamp down the leg of his baby grow, but the cord stump had disappeared and has never been found - I can't imagine what happened to it! But it was never seen again.
