I think that's quite a sad thing to say tbh ! Her giving page has reached a million now and I like to believe that is due to people doing the right thing for a fellow individual doing the same !

I agree. I donated because of her story, nowt to do with what she looked like :shrugs:

I am also hugely impressed by the generosity shown to Claire.

However, the cynic in me does wonder if the response would have been the same if Claire was in her fifties and not so fantastically beautiful.

I think the fact she was young and apparently healthy but died while running a marathon for charity is what has touched most people. I think it makes you realise how fleeting life can sometimes be. I think it's wonderful that in these times when most people are struggling so many people gave.

I think Its fairly accurate tbh. Last year 1 or even 2 people died and this didn't happen. Maybe it wasn't her looks but it was definitely that she was a young female.
