Help with the English House Buying system please?

Whereabouts in Milton Keynes is it? I grew up near there - it's one of those towns you either love or hate. It's got a few less desirable areas and that price sounds very cheap for Milton Keynes, even though MK tends to be cheaper than the surrounding villages.

WSS. I grew up in MK itself and generally houses are more pricey compared to towns nearby (Northampton for instance). Monkston is a nice area - is it a 2 bed? Or in need of work? Good luck!

P.S: I'm in the 'love it' category, but that may be because I moved away in my early twenties when the nightlife was ace there And the shopping centre is immense

Monkston is a nice area, my cousin lives there. I'm surprised at how cheap the house is though, I would have thought it'd be more expensive that that.
