Re: Looking for bright/unisex babygro/leggings/rompers 3m-12mo
That Rainbowbasics looks gorgeous but no rompers or babygros
and their leggings start at size 74? I assume that's 74cm tall! But the trakky bottoms look excellent
and start in a small size.
I have seen some good colourful leggings in Gap but again pricey. I'm already going to have to get his next size of nightgowns in there as it's the only place I've seen them, even second hand.

Re: Looking for bright/unisex babygro/leggings/rompers 3m-12mo
There comes a point where babies look a bit funny in babygrows during the day. It's a bit like us going out in our pj's IMO!
That is why I think them having feet is not a problem as most folk use them as pjs and not as day wear after a certain point.
If H&M is too far away you could order online if you like their stuff.
Next do have lots of brightly coloured sleep suits. I know this as I love the plain subtle ones and they only ever have the brightly coloured styles instore.

Oh try polarn y pyret. They have lots of multicoloured clothes. Im sure you will find their stuff on ebay. Reminds me I haven't seen SarahR on here for ages (I remember her posting about buying stuff from PoP).

How annoying - they definitely used to do them, I've got some upstairs in the loft! I'm not willing to part with them though as I'm planning on reusing them soon - sorry!
We also had quite a few lovely, bright, motif-free things from John Lewis but I've just looked and they're awash with Olympics guff at the moment.

I was also distinctly unimpressed with John Lewis in store last week.
I'm currently browsing Ebay for Frugi and the Polarn stuff, also cotbed sheets, hooded towels and baby wetsuits (I lead such an exciting life).

Oh, they definitely used to do them.
H&M is probably cheapest if you can't get much on ebay. I think leggings are about £3 or £4.
If you want to splash out then any of the online stores selling Scandinavian brands will have bright coloured clothing. However you might need a second mortgage.

I have a deep and abiding loathing of Cheeky Monkey type clothing for boys. I definitely recommend browsing for the Scandinavian brands on ebay. Katvig, Smafolk, Polarn O Pyret, Danefae etc. etc.
Also, try Japanese brands for leggings;

That was just a quick squizz - I don't actually think that seller has them in the smaller sizes.

We were at a NCT sale this morning and everything was either pink/purple or blue/sludge colours
