Does anyone know the Ebay Helpline number or know where to find it?

I know I had it at one point but it may have been lost in my latest inbox cull. Can't find it in any threads for the life of me.

To cut a long story short I sold a perfect DSi and buyer (who I had a feeling about) is claiming that there is a crack on the back. There was no crack when posted and I took the precaution of taking extra pics of the hinges and front but didn't photograph the back (probably because it was absolutely perfect)

I have a feeling he's going to try to pull a refund & substitute a damaged DSi or get a discount based on the pic of a different damaged unit. Really dismayed for DS3 as it's his money and he's saving up for something. Gah - fecking Ebay.

Thanks 1980babe - TBH I didn't even know they had a number on them. I'll bet it's on the back isn't it! If that's where it is I don't have a pic.

Out of interest is the serial number also on the box? It was boxed so if it's returned they will need to match?

I'm not too sure about the box, but yes the serial number is at the back

You have to get the number from here, they give you a code to use after you dial in, and that gets you through (not sure what that's all about, to stop spamming or something?!)
