a bit late April ttc'ers
Its gone very quiet on the ttc board!
How is everyone?
Cd 6 for me. didn't really try last month, DH's grandad died sadly, so wasn't really a priority. But we are getting back to ttc this month. Temping is going badly. Think i'm going to stop trying. I keep waking up and getting out of bed then remembering I'm supposed to take my temp
So just sticking to OPK's now although my chart on fertility friend isn't anywhere near as interesting now
.
I had a big wobble over baby/education what to do (and a little cry
) But we are going to keep ttc, and I will do the access course if I get a place. Then poss uni in the future, and if not well I've still done the course and hopefully the qualification would look good on my cv.
Is anyone else trying to lose weight while ttc? I keep trying but getting nowhere really. I need to lose weight as I have a bad back and when i'm pregnant I need to be as light as I can so it doesn't make it worse, but i'm struggling to keep motivated.

Sorry to hear about your DH's grandad
I'm CD11 and Mr Gs home so
it might be our month. To be honest if it's not then I'm thinking of stepping back from this part of the board. Mind you I've said that once or twice before and never really done it

Anyone else about?

Re: a bit late April ttc'ers
How are you all getting along? I currently have no idea what CD or anything. I have decided to step back for a bit and properly concentrate on losing weight.
I keep starting and then stop because "what's the point if I'll get pg and put the weight back on" etc etc
DH has still not provided his sample so there really is no point me stressing about dates etc while he hasn't done his bit. We had another discussion about that while we were away, which again, didn't seem to get anywhere.
He keeps saying that we don't have to be pg by my birthday as dates can be changed and we don't have to have this arbitrary date in our heads but, how long do we carry on?
He seems to forget that both girls were clomid babies and I won't be given that until he does his bit
On the plus side, he has given up smoking and has also cut down on the drinking, so it could be that he is worried about the effects his lifestyle is having and wanted to do that before getting tested, but being a typical bloke, could not articulate that?????

Re: a bit late April ttc'ers
hi sj :)
i'm ok. Not ov'd yet which is annoying me
i'm feeling a bit half hearted with ttc atm. I don't know why, as I still really want a baby, but feel fed up with having to time it I suppose.
How are you sj?

the first tri is hard with all the worry. not long till your scan though! does your ds know about the baby yet?
I hope so too, although there doesn't seem to be many ttc'ers
