Contacting Tesco's, can anyone help me?
I want to send an email to Tesco's with some positive feedback for some of their members of staff. DH was taken ill (right in the middle of the self service tills
) and they were fantastic so I want to send feedback about the staff involved. The only way to email them that I can see on the website is just the bog standard 'Contact Us' form so I wondered if anyone else here had any contact details. I'd rather send an email than contact them by phone.

Re: Contacting Tesco's, can anyone help me?
we struggled before christmas to find details (not the same circumstances as yourself but a member of staff went above and beyond to help us when 2 others had ignored us) so wrote directly to the store manager (his pic was up on the wall)
there is a contact form for cust serve but its only a teeny box

No, that's cool, I wan't sure if I was just being dense and there was another option I was overlooking. I think I'll use that form now but also try and find some other details via the store next time I go in. Thanks!
