    Bacon joint?

    HB bought a bacon joint and I dont have a clue what to do with it as its not something I usually buy.

    Any ideas would be very gratefully appreciated

    Treat it like a gammon or ham. Boiled and served with new pots, carrots and broad beans, or roasted - search for nigellas ham in coke it ginger beer for example. And lots of leftovers for sarnies!
