    At the moment we have 'wellies' (their word, we hadn't even said willy, no idea where it originated!) for boys' bits and 'no wellies' for girls, which makes me think of the 'tail/no tail' League of Gentleman thing!

    Our kids say vagina, and always have. DS2 was so impressed with the word that he called his pet duck Vagina.

    Well that depends on the conversation. If we're talking bout where babies come out of, then yes it's a vagina. If it's more the outside area, then that would be the vulva. DS1 will use the appropriate word, but ds2 and ds3 can't say "vulva" properly.

    The topic was what do you call your womens bits - that are child friendly & these I would assume are the bits that are seen which crop up in most conversations in toddlers young children.

    Anatomically speaking its the mons pubis...not the vulva or vagina
