Both finished!!! I met The gorgeous Caroline on the course :) I'm not 100% on her time so will let her update, Martin did it 5hrs 40mins xx

Yes I am so rubbish at putting photos on Damsels (have never done it yet
) there is one on FB as Chell has said. I think anyone can see it and my time was 5hr 23 which was slower than I had hoped for but I am totally fine today so glad I have no aches and pains.
