I needed a shake up as knew Ww and how to cheat too well so am on week 2 of rosemary Conley

It's basically low fat calorie counting and they have something called fat attack booster diet just now which is a 4 week booster plan before you get put on your own kcal allowance

I lost 4lb in week 1 and had 3 days of snacking I shouldn't have due to my gran dying so could have been more?

Would something like this work for you maybe?
Thats what i was going to do from starting the dukan diet & the last 3 weeks lose the lbs then after final fitting maintain

My dress is a szie 12 i dont think it will need taking in, because of how it is at the back (corset style) you can just tighten it. The chest area is fine & i dont think it will have to be taken up much if it does it wont be by much but think this is where the alterations will happen. Im wearing heels for the wedding then after the ceremony changing into flats.

I dont think if i dropped another 1/2 stone from final fitting to the wedding day it would make a difference

Whats that diet called your talking about

I love it do far and swore by Ww and really thought I'd never do anything but Ww but this time as I knew the cheating ways etc I just couldn't get into it seriously do wanted to try something new to me and also as I don't like cutting out food groups and don't mind counting and weighing thought it would suit me and it does

Today is latte and hard boiled egg for brekkie, porridge for lunch, sausages with polenta and roasted tomatoes and red onion for dinner. Need to go for a run too, just hope mrb doesnt get home too late. Would do my abs DVD too only my stomach muscles still hurt from a couple of days ago - hopefully that means I'm doing some good!

    Lovely countryside Holly...

MrsB - definitely doing some good! You might find they hurt less if you do it again today...

Gah, I typed out a long reply yesterday but it didn't load! Suffice to say, I wasn't too bad at my birthday lunch and settled for aubergine parmigiana - and only ate half in the end as I was full...

    Today:

    Toast with vegemite (6)
    Egg mayo sandwich (8)
Lamb chop with roasted vegetables (10)
    1.5 glasses of wine (5)
    Milk 1/2 pint skimmed (3)
Snacks: fruit, latte, muller yoghurt (2)

And a few points left over in case I 'need' them...bring on my 6 week check next week, when I can start exercising again.

Hello ladies, this is a busy little thread!

Moffgal, re kettle bells do you get really hot? I have to keep my core temp down when I exercise so I'm thinking it might be too strenuous though my friend was suggesting I could do moves which are slow and controlled so I'd still get benefit.

I had another good day yesterday and has a sneaky weigh in this morning and NOTHING off, rubbish. However this has set me on a mission to continue being super good

B: Banana, egg, almonds, green tea
    L: Turkey stir fry
    D: steak and salad
