Re: Anyone up for a summer holiday weight loss challenge?

Well, today exercise is my saviour! Had a fry-up for brunch (1 egg, 2 bacon, black pudding, 1 slice toast, lots of mushrooms - all cooked without oil), coffee, juice and a Mars bar - and 2 hours of cycling has basically cancelled out all those calories so I have my full daily allowance to play with at dinner!

Well done I did a 5K run this morning and some gardening this afternoon, but am getting pizza tonight so not going to be a great day diet-wise. Will get back on track tomorrow though

    Well done legolas!

Am delaying this weeks wi til tomorrow as am having some *ahem* bowel issues atm, and am hoping gallons of water plus a long bike ride will shift it. Oh, and yesterdays excesses might be cancelled out too!

Today is coffee, water, salad for lunch, fish and veggies for dinner.

Sneaked a 1lb loss. But put last summers clothes on today and omg - that's the kick up the arse I needed.

Today is coffee, salad for lunch, banana for snack & grilled meat and veggies for dinner.

I gained 1lb. Only got myself to blame though - the consequences of pizza, cheese fondue, chocolate, lots of wine and McDonalds in a weekend were never going to be pretty

Oats so Simple, couscous salad and prawns for lunch, salmon fillet with noodles and broccoli for dinner today

Hi all! Sorry not been around, I just don't get on here often enough. I'm doing ok, I joined WW properly last thurs and I've been sticking at it pretty much give or take the odd custard cream!! I'm hoping for a loss this week.

I am ashamed to weigh myself... but my friend's wedding is in less than a month, so I really need to start making an effort (or buy myself a larger dress! ).
So far today I have had a chocolate brownie and then tagliattele with tomato and marscapone sauce, and cheese on top. So not terribly good, then.

Hey, it's only a lb BB and that will be gone by next week...

Welcome back everyone else, think this lovely weather is spurring a few of us in preparation for skimpier clothes!

Didn't do meat and veggies for tea as MrB does the shopping these days and all he bought was really high calorie stuff for BBQs this week - sausages, pork belly, chicken with skin on. So am making a bacon and broad bean tortilla which will come in just under my calories, save the fattier stuff for days when I do a bike ride!

Belladonna, have you tried your dress on? That might be the motivation you need?

Probably be gone by morning Definitely not worth beating myself up about it

Been good today and stuck to calories. Have set MFP up for losing 1lb a week instead of the 1.5lbs I originally set it to and hopefully the extra 200 calories will make it easier for me to stick to
