Re: Anyone up for a summer holiday weight loss challenge?

    Morning

    Welcome NA

RGK - donuts consumed due to stress contain no carbs....fact

Hope you both have great falls off the wagon for your anniversaries

Well done on the weight loss BB!

Lisnic - sounds like a sensible option to me in sticking to WW and just reducing the carbier foods - good luck

Sticking to low carb and getting back into the swing of things. Does help that Ive relaxed on the tea front I think the little wobble was caused by the cheat at the weekend so going to try and stick to the path now. Ive got 6 weeks on Sunday til we go to Greece and Id like to lose anything between 8-12lbs. The more the better - I want to be firmly in the 9 stone something bracket.

    Food for me today

    BF - protein shake
L - sausages and something -not sure what yet
D - broccoli and bacon salad
    W - loads!
E - run later at the gym

Seems you had a good time Janie, especially with the ouzo!

Today is latte, huge bowl of porridge and golden syrup for lunch, 1 slice cheese for snack and beef and mushroom curry for dinner. Been within my cals all week but the scales aren't moving, must be the extra carbs I've been eating:(

Re: Anyone up for a summer holiday weight loss challenge?

My mate just looked at my lunch and said 'won't you be hungry all afternoon just eating that?'

I don't think salad, frittata and chicken is that small a lunch? Anyway, saving calories for later... Am going to have wine even if I am drinking on my own

    Janie you look fab

Stuck to calories yesterday night which I was pleased with. Had calamari, whitebait and prawns for a main course and one piece of garlic bread to start, plus a couple of glasses of wine... Planning to be relatively good over the weekend too as feeling motivated at the moment

WOW!! Janie you look HOT!!!!! Wish I looked like that in a bikini!!!

Took the girls out for tapas last night as DH hasd gone on a works do. Treated myself to a couple of patatas bravas, but only a couple. Food is great in our local tapas! Girls love it too and dont bother with the kids meals. We had prawns, chorizo, haddock fingers, beef strips - all gone! I saved the thai fishcakes I ordered and Im having that for my lunch as they have no bread/potato in them

WI in this morning and Im 1lb down this week Im off to a military ball with my SIL's tonight - looking forward to dancing and having a laugh
