Sending an item overseas

I am selling a pair of kids Converse on e-Bay and a potential buyer from Russia has asked for a P&P price. I've checked on the Royal Mail website and it says this about the Airmail Small Packet service:

This service is ideal for gifts, goods, trade samples, audio/video tapes and photographs. [...] The maximum weight you can send is 2kg.

Would that be OK for the shoes, which weight under 600g?

Yes, that's fine. I send quite a few things abroad and usually use Small Packets.
