Correct way to do this names on invite?

I need to send over a list of everyone to the company making my wedding invites. I'm having them print the names on the invite rather than my parents write everyone's name as it looks nicer..

So for example a invite going out to someone on there own would it be

    EG:

    Gemma
    Gemma Surname
    Miss Gemma Surname

To a family with the same name:
Gemma, Dean, Alfie and Zach or
    Surname Family

What's the correct way to do this?..

I think it depends how formal you want to be TBH, our invitations were just made out to first names.

We did first names. I prefer it to be less formal and personal. I also think it makes it clear to parents that their children are invited to stop any confusion
