Have you all lost the weight you planned to lose?

The used to be Slimming World, Weight Watchers and various other threads that I lurked on. They are rarely posted on now.

I'm pretty much at goal - well near enough and I don't think I have the commitment to lose the last 6 lbs and I'm a bit more focussed on running at the moment that diet per se...

My diet fizzled out in February However, even though I've eaten like a pig, I have managed to stay level in that time.

Easter is next weekend and my birthday is the weekend after so I guess I will be starting after that

I lost half a stone in Jan/Feb and another half to go. I'm back into most of my pre-pg clothes now though, so the motivation has gone

Planning to start running soon and cutting out chocolate and cakes as the rest of my diets quite healthy. I haven't got the time to get sorted at the moment though...

I hit my first target of 1 stone 4lbs off today. I would love to loose another stone but I think 7lbs is more realistic if I am going to maintain at that weight

I have nearly got to my BMI target, having lost about 23lbs or thereabouts since January. I can now fit in all my clothes again, and some of them are hanging off me, so I am a gradual mission to buy better fitting clothes, rather than belting them all in.

I'm still plodding along. I've lost a bit over 3 stone now and still have tons to go. Am running out of clothes so will have to ferret about in a charity shop or two for something to wear!
