Re the workwear, exactly that! I don't work in the City so full-on suits not required but smart separates/dresses for Spring/Summer plus 'comfy' (not frumpy!) shoes for trekking on the commute!

Right got an idea of the sort of thing you want but style wise. Modern classic, clean lines? Or more girly, pretty yet still smart. Do you prefer dresses, skirts or trousers or a mix? Colour, print or a neutral palette?

hmmm. There is definitely an argument that says this is a good idea and I can see why people do do it.

But personally I think that unless you're wearing 5 inch heels to work and/or have a fair hike at either end, there are definitely wearable shoes out there., especially if you're smart casual. However it's probably easy for me to say that as I don't have a problem wearing heels!

Twist are you looking for shoes to wear all day or ones that are just for the commute?
