ooooh my stomach is jipping today/last night.

I have no idea if it's round ligament pain, but it feels fibrous and is running upwards in fibres from my groin towards my belly button. I could hardly get out of bed this morning as it felt like something was 'in the way'. I seem to be ok when sitting down, not so great when walking. Its a kind of dull ache/tugging sensation.

No discharge or blood or anything so i assume everything is normal its just growing pains or something

EW ive been having pains too - yesterday after we had been out walking. I had to sit down for a bit and they went. Ithink its stretching etc pains. Things growing.

Bye-bye money in this house We have just ordered the furniture for babies room. New cot bed and chest of drawers (sale at argos). We already have a wardrobe and bedside cabinet for the room. Then when baby is here (just to confirm the gender ) Ill order a rug, lampshade and pictures to complete the look. Not going baby room, thinking child for the future.

Will buy pram once DH has had another pay day for second job in August Easy come, easy go!

Been in a lot of pain today, got so bad i couldn't walk, if i had been further along i would have bet money on the babies head being engaged, it was the strangest set of feelings down there.

Anyhoo was so concerned i rang the midwife service, someone rang me back 5 hours later and the symptoms had calmed down as it felt so bad at the time i was wondering whether i should head fdown the hospital. Anyway she thinks it could be a urine infection, so im just waiting for a ring back from my GP surgery so i can pop a sample down to them.

    Been a very crappy day

SJ you meany! You definitely said further back in the thread you would tell us . Exciting that you've ordered stuff already. I've finally bought one thing. I saw a Moses basket in TK maxx for £18 so snapped it up!!! Just need a stand now. Have cot sorted I think, and the box bedroom it's going into has built in furniture so won't need to buy more.

EW glad the MW got back to you finally. Hope you find out what's causing the pain. It's always worrying!

In other news, I forgot to say Ivy turned 6 on Friday and my big baby Abigail has gone on a residential school trip today until weds. My baby Betsy has started having taster days at school. Good job I've got another baby on the way, they're growing up too much!!!!
3 days til the scan, cannot wait to find out what we're having, although I suspect it's another Girly

Ok, ended up at the nurses last night, then referred to the doctor and ended up with the diagnosis of strong stomach muscles lol.

No urine infection.so that's good. They found the babies heart beat straight away and it was a very healthy 140 bpm, I cried, of course lol! . Anyhow she couldn't find anything wrong at all whilst pressing and prodding my stomach so I'm really relieved. I feel a little tender today, but nothing like yesterday, so I guess my muscles are putting up a fight, but they haven't separated or anything thankfully.

Well lets just say I was right with my thoughts on what sex my baby was! Knew I was!

EW, you poor thing. When is your scan? Must be soon?

MW, aww my son is 6 now. I love this age. But then Ive found myself always saying that. He is so lovely, I cant wait to have another child now.
Although my DH is a little concerned about not loving baby as much as son. Ive said Im sure he will. (He is concerned I think due to babies sex as well, just being silly I think).

I got a newborn car seat, bottle warmer and steriliser all from a friend yesterday for a fabby price so yay! Baby has so much stuff already!!

Eeee exciting. I was worried about not loving 2nd as much as my first, I even posted about it back on handbag. Everyone was right though, you do love them sooo much. You get more love for each child, rather than having to distribute your love between them.

Ooh that's good EW. I've gained nearly a stone and a half

Scan was brilliant, amazingly clear. All well with baby, but she couldn't get one measurement as baby had its head right down and twisted in my pelvis . I've got to go back in 3 weeks for a rescan of the head circumference. Measuring another 3 days ahead. I've gone from my first scan saying 28th Dec, to me thinking it's the 25th, to dating scan saying 21st and today18th. I still think 25th, I know I just grow big babies!

Oh and we found out, as I suspected it's another pink one (please don't anyone mention on Facebook because we're saying we couldn't find out )

Started having palpatations yesterday, and today they have been much worse. I suspect I'm just very anaemic and was requesting a blood test. I was borderline on my booking bloods from the 20 day heavy bleed before getting pregnant souring the same cycle. Anyway, Dr seems to be very cautious and ordered a blood test, ECG and follow up app all tomorrow at various times throughout the day, meaning going to work isn't going to happen : doh: although I'm so tired, a chilled day will be nice!

Oh, I neatly forgot. Some piccies!

Oh MW lovely lovely scan pictures. Ahh another girl, are you pleased? I bet your daughters are happy, although thinking up another name will be

We havent put of FB about girl either, but TBH the amount of people asking me Ive given up trying to keep it a secret Just keeping quiet about our name choices. Ive already got 4 bin-bags full of clothes - donated from my sister So this baby wont need clothes until about the age of 1, Im very grateful.

Thank crunchie its Friday. Have a good weekend all.

EW when is your scan? And you Emmy. Wonder if you will continue the girl trend

    Re: ***November/December Mummies***

My scan is in an hour lol!!!

OMG those scan photos are so clear Madwife, i can't believe how amazing they are!

Im a bit nervous about the scan but im hoping it will be very straight forward and the babba will cooperate and waggle his/her at the nice lady

    Re: ***November/December Mummies***

OK, am back. Everything normal, measuring fine, moving ALL the time so the poor lady was struggling to get any measurement and the scan photos were just atrocious so i won't bother putting them on here.

It's funny as i knew i could feel constant wriggling but i had no idea the acrobatics it was performing in there!! I laughed so much as at one stage it had its feet right behind it's head and one of it's arms back there too, then it rolled right over so we were looking at it straight on, then back and a knee in the face and holding onto it's toes. Every time i laughed it wriggled more, it was so so lovely

    I also know the sex

Hi girls, feeling a bit sorry for myself as typing from hospital bed :( been here since 9 this morning with severe pain. They think it's to do with fibroid, been scanned etc and baby is fine but just soo fed up :(

Congrats on your girlies sj and Mw, lovely news. The woman that did the scan today said she would guess boy but it wasn't a maternity scan she usually scans for kidney stones etc so said dont buy blue but she thought she could see a little scrotum! That cheered me up a bit I think would be lovely to have 2 boys but still got 3 weeks to go to confirm.

Ew hope your pain has got better, are you measuring big? I'm 17w but measuring 26w, have been showing since 8w! I have a feeling I'll end up with c section, do you mind me asking if it's because of fibroid that your having elective c section?

Just been given A codeine :( might as well not bother I'ver good it will do! Going to be a loong night. Anyway take care girls xx
