Gossip Girl query?

I have watched Seasons 1 to 4 (via Lovefilm) and am Sky plus-ing the new series that's on ITV2 now - but what season is it? I'm asking because I watched about 5 minutes of it, and it doesn't seem to follow on at all from the end of Season 4

The end of Season 4 had Dorota (sp??) finding a positive pregnancy test in the bathroom, after Blair had gone off to Monaco. And Serena's 'cousin' being paid for pretending to be Sabrina's counsil, iyswim

The new series on ITV2 has Blair looking noticeably pregnant - so is it Season 6??

Am very confused!

Season 5. Think it's quite a way through though so you might want to wait and watch it from the start on DVD I watch it online the day after its been on in the US and they are on a break until April sometime at the moment. I don't think itv 2 are far behind the US now either.
