clearblue digital ovulation tests
Does anyone know if it matters what time of the day I take the OV test, and does it matter if its different time each day?

I can't remember the exact details but I read something about these on another forum recently... I'll try and find it but something about it recording the results from the last time you used it ... I'll have a search for it and see if I can post it.

Annoying - I can't find what I am looking for at all! Basically the poster called the helpline though with the same sort of question, so could be worth a try to get the clearest answer.

Re: clearblue digital ovulation tests
thanks for the replies. I do it at about 6am before E wakes so she doesn't see (she has no sense of bathroom privacy!) but couldn't today and yesterday as we had to sleep at this in-laws coz we had a water leak
. But I did it about half hour ago and got a smiley. If I need them next month I think i'll ring the helpline.

Re: clearblue digital ovulation tests
I think Its okay to do at different times, I remember the poster saying something like she checked later that day and didn't get a smiley face and apparently that's because the level was lower than it had been when she'd tested that morning... So whilst it still meant ovulation it didn't show it as the hormone has previously been stronger.
sorry to be so vague - I'm really no help
It was just an interesting read and now I can find it

Re: clearblue digital ovulation tests
I don't know specifically about the CB ones (although I did use them) but you're not meant to use ovulation tests like pregnancy tests
Although i guess it depends on the sensitivity of the test. If it's very sensitive then you can probably do them any time of day.
