Sports bras for larger boobs??
I know this has been done before, but can I ask for some advice/suggestions?
I'm a 32E, and struggle to find a sports bra suitable for high impact such as running (ok, very occasionally
) and Zumba (every week
). I've recently got this one from M&S http://www.marksandspencer.com/Plain..._rd_s=center-3, which is ok, but doesn't really hold the
in place!
I tried a Shock Absorber a few months ago, but nearly dislocated a shoulder putting it on, and was scarily close to having to ask for assistance to get it off
, so I don't really fancy that one.
Any suggestions?

I think you need to go to a good independent shop and get fitted properly.
I'm a similar size 30F/32E and do struggle a bit. I used to use a really old fashioned Triumph bra (Doreen) for sports and it was great but the smallest back is now a 34. I have a couple now that do the job - not specifically sports bras but good fitting supportive bras.
I never like the schock absorber ones and find that M&S ones don't fit so well (but maybe that's just my shape?)
Hoe you find the right thing for you.

They do different kinds of shock absorber though so maybe a different one? They are the only things that control me!! I'm an F - I run. Also wearing 2 bras is good - I used to wear a wonderbra under a supportive sports top

I like this one: http://www.bravissimo.com/products/l...sort=1&level=1. Keeps everything firmly in place without squishing everything together. But it is underwired so may not be for everone.

Re: Sports bras for larger boobs??
I'm not particularly bosomy, but I do a lot of high-impact workouts so investigated bras fairly thoroughly! I have this and this. They are both very good at bounce/movement reduction, but for comfort the Triumph bra wins out. It's got light padding on the shoulder straps and a lot of thought has gone into making sure the fit and shape are good. It doesn't shift even during a particularly intense workout, it's cool to wear and is actually quite flattering when on. The only downside is that it's quite low-cut; this doesn't bother me but if you wear low-cut tops then you might feel a bit too exposed for comfort.
I find they come up spot-on for sizing although some people find the cup sizes to be a bit on the generous side.

I am an E and love love the shock absorber one. No movement at all, wonder if I can get something similar for my belly

I can also highly recommend Enell. Nothing else has come close to the level of support - there is literally no movement at all! The fit takes some getting used to as it does feel a bit like industrial scaffolding, but I wouldn't use anything else now (I am also a 32E).

I didn't go for the Enell in the end (I think I was a bit put off by the look of it!
), but I'm wishing I had now ... Oh well, I'll see how I get on with the ones I've ordered, and hold that in reserve.
