Can I have a Proud Mummy Moment?

The primary schools in our district did a competition for World Book Day - to design a bookmark to be sold at Specsavers (who were the sponsors) and (I think) book shops. It was region-wide, so covered 53 primary schools in the area. There was three categories, P1-3, P4-5, P6-7.

I didn't even know about it until Daisy's teacher was waiting for me at home time with Daisy to tell me that she'd won Out of three years at 53 primary schools, her bookmark was voted the best They had to base the design on a character or book and she picked Mog, by Judith Kerr (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mog_(Judith_Kerr))

I'm so very very proud of her. I've not seen the bookmark yet, but she goes with a school teacher on Friday morning to meet the winners in the other categories and collect her prize (ten copies of her bookmark, and a £25 book token) and have her photo taken for the local paper.

Very very proud mummy here, and will post the picture/article/bookmark as soon as I see it
