Congratulations on the job offers! The 6m contract sounds like a good option.

Lol velvet chain. The cv isn't that good, I just applied for jobs within my grasp iyswim? Plus job two was pretty much a given that I would get. The pregnancy wasn't quite part of the master plan though doh
I'm going to do both, as job one is for 6 months, and job two is very flexible, meaning I can work as much or as little as I like whenever I want. I can go on mat leave and pick up shifts again when baby 6-12 months old :-)

Hi,
The best advice I can offer is to look around for a job that suits your life and family. There are so many jobs out there you only need to look in the right place. Try something like Adzuna. They have loads of Nuring Jobs all over the UK including many newly-qualified midwife positions. You can search for part-time roles. Actually I've just had a look at their blog and its got loads of great interview and CV tips. Wish you all the best, Good luck!!
