Adhesive name labels for water bottles etc

Does anyone know which self adhesive name labels are suitable for bottles and lunch boxes etc and are dishwasher safe? where is the best value place to order them?

I had some from Easy2Name - they aren't cheap (now, it's years since I had to buy any ) but they do stay stuck, I found

I get ours from mynametags.com - you can get packs with 100 iron in ones and 100 stick ons and I have found that they both work really well.
