Littlerose will probably join you! Think she's September? She's been hanging out in summer 2012 but we're all quite a long way ahead.

Hi Dancing Queen! Sorry it's taken a while to reply here (thanks Bubba!) I've been in Paris for my 30th birthday! :)

Congratulations again on your pregnancy, has it sunk in yet? When are you due? How are you feeling?

My due date is 24th September, we still haven't told anyone yet - as DH's parents are 3hrs away we have been waiting for the opportunity to tell both sets of parents together. Still doesn't seem real to me, although last week I had a little scare and had an early scan to make sure baby was in the right place so luckily all is well.

Looking at your ticker this will be your 3rd? Hope you're ready for lots of questions from a first timer

LR! Oooh Paris, how utterly fabulous! How was it? My DH is 40 in August, I was thinking of taking him...

Ahh thanks sweetie, congrats to you too! How exciting, first baby, eek!! How are you feeling about it all? Were you trying for long?

Really sorry to hear you had a little scare did you have a bleed? And obviously the scan went well thankfully - did you see much? I'm having a 9 week scan as we're flying to Oz when I'm 10 weeks to visit DHs sister & family, so want to check all is OK before we go, but I'm not really sure what we'll see at that stage....

I think it's pretty well sunk in there now for me, not sure it has so much for DH, but he is really really chuffed so he'll get there I'm sure I forget that I'm the one with my head stuck in the pg books all the time, so I try to make a point of telling him what's going on developmentally, try to help him bond quicker y'know. I can't believe now that we didn't want another but it was mainly for financial reasons, and I know we'll be fine.

My EDD is Oct 15th but I'll be having a section (horrendous delivery with DD1 that I won't scare you with, but ended up in emergency section under GA , then an amazing wonderful elective with DD2 which was just such a lovely birth experience ) so I'll probably have baby around the first week of Oct

Wow you're so good not telling anyone! We didn't with our first either though, until we saw our parents, and I'm sure we waited til after our early scan around 10 wks before told anyone else. We told both sets of parents straight away this time, and v close friends and family, but the girls don't know yet, just want to check all is OK before we give them the good news!

Bring on the questions! No, seriously, I can obv only give you advice from my own experiences, but I'm more than happy to help wherever poss

Paris was amazing, I'd definitely recommend it for your DH's birthday! I have to say though it was very tiring! (I've been absolutely exhausted the last few weeks so all the walking definitely took it's toll on me!) You'll be about 7 months in August won't you?

We are very excited about it now, until the scan I don't think it had really sunk in. Especially as we fell pregnant the first month of trying! DH was super shocked when I told him!!

No I didn't have a bleed luckily, just the pains. We were able to see baby quite clearly in the scan, especially the heartbeat, seeing that was amazing! I'll upload the pic a bit later if I can. You should definitely be able to see baby properly at your scan at 9 weeks :)

Eeek I'm not sure I want to ask about your first labour.. glad the second one went better!!

It's hard not to tell people! It's my nephew's christening at the weekend and I'm dying to tell my sister!

Have you had any symptoms yet? For the first couple of weeks after I found out I was pretty much symptomless, then the tiredness has kicked in, and the massive appetite. If I don't eat like now, I start to feel sick. Not nice!

Ahh so dinky! That's lovely you've had an early scan, although looking at that and thinking about how they look at the 12 week scan I think you'll probably be quite surprised how much they grow in just a few weeks!

Aw LR, it's a dinky little peanut and its beautful I love seeing the difference every time that you see a new piccie. Forgot to say- Paris sounded lovely and it was great that you knew everything was ok before you went.
