I know how you feel, I am feeling rather swamped at the moment too
but try no to fret too much, I am sure it will all be OK, but I know how hard it is not to stress

Re: seriously fed up at the moment.
I'm sorry to hear that things are so uncertain for you. It's horrible, but, BUT your DH does have a job ATM, and that is a great vantage point to be finding a better position. I know it's sooooo much easier said than done, but time is a great plus point to have at the moment, and it does give you room to manouvre. I hope something much, much better comes along very soon. And seriously don't worry about your half-marathon. You've really, really got to work at getting lost!
The marshalls will absolutely make sure that you don't go astray. And the andrenalin will really keep you going too.

Re: seriously fed up at the moment.
Ah S-J
sorry to hear about all this.
Very wise words about the half marathon. You will be fine on the day itself and the training is probably reducing your stress so keep going. I'm in awe of you; I've not managed to get back into running since having DD.
On the job front, in my experience of seeing a lot of re-structures recently, the waiting and wondering is the worst part; the outcome is normally positive for all involved.
I can sympathise about the ttc thing, both times I was trying the whole world seemed to be pregnant. I can remember being jealous about Katie Price getting pregnant in 2005
In hindsight, this wasn't really the case, in fact I know many more pg people at the moment. Its just when you're ttc or broody, the BFP announcements are so much more noticeable and affect you in a way they wouldn't otherwise.
Take care
