OK, did day 1 level 1. Wasn't too bad - I only struggled at the jump rope bits as it hurt my knees. I did 2kg weights for most of it.
Not posting my measurements until I actually get through a reasonable amount of the programme as I tend to do things once and drop out.

God woke up a aching like mad this morning, in my calfs & tops of my legs
I am doing it again in about 40mins when they boys are down..
Is anyone doing this 30 days straight as that's my plan & how I took you were mean to do the DVD I haven't come across her saying to do it every 2nd day or every day?.

I think she does say try every day. Where I was confusing you and me on FB this morning was that a thread on here said not to do it every day. I will see if I can walk tomorrow ...

I haven't done mine the weekend with not knowing if I should? I think il do it through the week & break on the weekend??
To be fair though my calfs are still killing so, so tight & are hurting..
I have circuits tomorrow & I'm thinking of doing this DVD in the afternoon I think I can handle it

Day 2 done (well day 3 but only the 2nd time :doh). Felt easier, managed the 2kg weights for everything except half the 2nd lot of side lunges.

I did Level 2 today and it was ok. I did get much more sweaty and out of breath than I have on the last few days of L1 so definatly time too move up - there are a lot of plank moves though my arms were shaking!!
I really like her and her style of exercise so I have ordered a couple more of her DVDs, Ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack. I thought once the Shred is finished I can work through the others and there is less chance of boredom setting in.
No word of a lie though, I am honestly getting leaner and this is the only exercise I am doing, my arms are looking really shapely and if I breathe in and squint
there is a shadow of a muscle appearing at the top of my stomach.
I took some really unflattering pics of myself in spray on jeans before I started, if I carry on doing well I will post them with some after shots as the difference is quite amazing.
