In tune with everyone else, I would also click away from a site that uses Flash for their photo's. It's a cumbersome way of displaying photo's, I would prefer a simple table-style gallery and click on the pictures I want to see. Flash galleries just eat up bandwidth and there is nothing worse than seeing a percentage bar slowly moving along.

I use Yola.com - really easy and cheap (well my original one was totally free but they seem to have stopped doing that now..) I am not sure of the limitations but it does everything that I need
