I've not been on for a few months. But I wanted to give a quick update on things.

Me & Internet bloke.... we are a couple now!!

Yes, after all the dramas, we decided to meet each other. He called me out of the blue and said that he would like to pop over, we had stopped talking for a while I missed him and it seems he missed me. It was all quite spontaneous. He came over to London and that was it. We had the best first date. There was no awkwardness, no silences, we chatted away that night as if we'd know each other for years. It felt very comfortable. We have met up several times now and had lovely weekends away and I have even met some of his family over in Ireland. We are making plans for family occasions next year. So things are looking good.

Looking back on it now, he was shy as was I and the distance was an issue. But once we got things moving, we don't notice the distance now.

I'm glad I did not give up on my internet man.
