Thats good to hear PF! I admit I was a bit cynical when I first read this thread but it sounds like it's made a real difference; glad to be prooved wrong

Hi,
Was just bumping this to see how you're getting on. My DS has had the overlays for a while now and just got his glasses this week. So far they have really made a difference. He calls them his magic glasses! I don't know whether they actually work or he just thinks they work. I guess like a placebo, but either way they are working so they are staying

Thought I'd update this, Lucy has gone up another 2 stages in reading but has started refusing to wear her glasses which is causing major problems at school. She is also refusing to read at school and home, so it's a total pain in the bum. She was supposed to go back to the opticians a month or so ago but I called and said we needed more time!
