Me, it tells you how many days in a row you've logged it. I am up to over 115 days now. I've tracked my food over the weekend but have eaten more. I could do with gaining a pound or two actually. I find I struggle to eat enough protein. I'm trying to cut the biscuits and make sure the cals go on better foods. Saying that, I've just eaten a chocolate biscuit!

Or Eurovision themed food and drink?

I just did 10 minutes abs and bum strength training and am about as knackered as when I ran 5K last night

hello! I use MFP, well did before and have started again now I am not doing WW anymore. I am LouJT, I will add some of you for encouragement and will read the rest of the thread in a moment.

I love it because it helps me see what I am eating and also how much exercise I am doing.

    Just accepted your friend request

Am back on it again now... Still trying to shift the last stone of the nearly 4 stone I needed to lose after Emma

  9. #109
I have put on about 2.5-3 stone over the last couple of years so need to shift it. I've been a bit blasé about it so not really lost anything. Now it's time to sort it!!!

I also have a 10 mile run coming up for Camille's Appeal so need to get fit and healthy for that!!

Is the iPhone app down? It says on Facebook that their hosting was down five hours ago.

I've not tracks my food since last Sunday as I was on holiday. I've eaten like a pig but so far the scales aren't showing a gain. How long does weight take to go on after eating loads? I did exercise while away.

What would you track a bums, legs and tums class as? I'm doing one for the first time tomorrow so not sure what it involves.

  12. #112
I'd track it as aerobics or circuits, depending on what it involves. Probably mid-impact aerobics would be the most relevant.

I've not been on for ages, had a crappy few weeks food wise

Just noticed you'd not been on as it shows in the friends feed. You'd been really motivated before.

The class was fab. It was the toughest exercise I've done. I wouldn't call it bums, legs and tums as we worked all over. We used those resistance bands to do a lot of arm work.

It is what I need. I don't have weight I lose now and the class is what I need to build strength and tone.

Re: My Fitness Pal - Counts Calories

Hi I started to use My Fitness Pal on Monday after being on WW and not succeeding very well. I gave up Smoking in January and have piled the Lbs on (Just over a Stone ) After reading lots of info on there I have discovered that I haven't been eating enough Calories to lose weight compared with the amount of exercise that I do. Iwould love some friends on there for some support so if anyone would like to add me that would be great.....Lots of you are doing sooo well ! Oh, almost forgot my name is wiijogger on there ...Thanks !

I've logged into it 300 days in a row. I have never managed to maintain my weight so steady as I have since using MFP. I usually lose what I need then lose too much then gain it back again.
Those 300 days have not been all good. Some have been horrific and some have been very much guessed if we've eaten out for instance.

Well done Chell. I have found it so useful. Like you I have lost steadily over 11 months and I am really pleased with the results.
