How are we all doing laydeees?!
I started back at Zumba last night, and boy could I tell I'd had 3 weeks off! Was great though, I absolutely love Zumba
Planning on regularly gymming it Wed, Fri & Sun.
Food is going ok too, I've been having yoghurt or porridge for brek, both of which I love, usually leftovers from the previous nights dinner for lunch, and I'm planning low fat healthy meals, simples!
Tonight's dinner is Boursin & BNS risotto

I am not doing so well on the food front- haven't got my head in gear for propoint counting yet. BUt I did walk today
and my route ended up being 1 hr 20 mins too so very pleased. Started to feel like myself a little bit too when I was out there embracing the wind and sky
Been busy
and got the start of a big clear out on ebay. Please take a look - it's like an Aladdin's cave!

Took me a little while to get into propoint counting too, but it's good once you do
Even though I'm not doing WW now, it's all still in there & I'm loosely following what I learned: sensible portions, less carbs, more exercise, healthy snacks - guess there's not much more to weight loss than that!

I'm not getting on good this week WI for me tomorrow. I have zero motivation this week I just can't get into.. I don't know why i have been in a foul mood since Sunday....
I'm def in for a gain tomorrow. I am just feeling so fed up at the movement not being able to get motivated. I get married soon & even that is not spurring me on I really don't know why..
I just feel like I'm always dieting/having to think about what goes in my mouth/worrying about my weight....
If I had the spare cash I'd just be going for lipo get it sorted & done get back to how I want to be.. It's the cheats way I no but I'm sick to death of the past 8 years feeling/being on a diet

I started my Wii Sports Active 2 last night (bargain of £12 on ebay) just a 20 minutes workout but it was fun and I can feel today that I did something yesterday. I have chosen to do the 9 week plan of 4 workouts a week. I hope I can stick to it
What day will be our weigh-in day for this thread?

1.5lbs off for me
pleased with that. I have had a awful week with food couldnt get motivated just wanted junk & AF came this morning so i thought i was in for at least a 3lb gain....

I'm still quite motivated, I have a day of makeover and photo's in April, so I'm gearing up to that! I have been jogging every day this week on the way home from work and Sunday is the test with the weekly weigh in
