Loving your work today ladies

Kelly I know that feeling well, Mr G calls it my foraging mood. Sometimes I think I'd be as well just eating the naughty thing I fancy as all the half-assed little snacks probably add up to more calries overall.
I've had a good day food wise
B: Porridge with honey
L: Homemade soup, ham salad, pear
D: Leftover soup, chicken curry with rice
S: Orange, grapes, curly wurly
3 cups of coffee
two teas and 1.5 litres of water

That's funny Mrs B I gave smoking in the same way years ago - you can't think 'I'm trying to....' you just decide no I don't smoke anymore and it's gross and lame. Then you get hammered and do it but you don't wake up the next day and think 'oh well blown in, it's time to smoke 40 Silk Cut by lunchtime' do you? No You just go right back to being a non smoker.
Same with this. I no longer skip meals and eat crap. I don't drink alone. I dont stuff down left overs. I eat well and stay in control of it. Every know and again I'll go out and get ratted and eat something not so great but so what? The next day I'll be back to normal - the new normal!

Morning ladies
I'm out all day today so have got my food all sorted,
B: fruit salad, parma ham
L: bacon, broccoli and sweet potato frittata, an apple, nakd bar
D: Stir fry egg, vegetable and pork soup
DS1 is going back to school today and have got DS2s settling in session at gym creche so will get some exercise, hope he settles in ok

I caved and ate a cookie last night to get it out my system.
Today i'm doing a red SW day again but my plans could be iffy as my mum is waiting on an ambulance for my dad so I suspect i'll be going through to Aberdeen before too long. However the mince for homemade burgers is defrosted so i'll get them shaped and ready before I leave the house so I know that I can have a bacon cheeseburger when I get home tonight.

B; latte
L; oatcakes and home-made low fat humous, mug of chicken and lentil soup
S; banana
D; cod fillet with something
Also 2 miles walking (have an osteo appt and no car to get there) and an hour turbo training.
