Today will be my 'day off' because I need to go pick up the step kids which means some sort of takeaway for tea. Probably a mcd's but i'll go for the happy meal to use less syns!

Feeling positive which I guess is half the battle, but i'm off to bed for a wee while to catch up on sleep!

Re: ~ Go Team Red ~

I had my "night off" last night as I was out with my friends for a Chinese. I was reasonably good though and had hot and sour soup for a starter, followed by king prawns with cashew nuts and a very small spoon of boiled rice. I also managed to stay away from the prawn crackers!

    Today I am having

B - "Get up and glo" smoothie (made with blueberries). I really enjoyed this which is just as well as the powder is bloomin' expensive
    S - fruitus bar
L - will be tomato and lentil soup and a couple of oatcakes followed by an apple or a pear
D - not sure yet. Possibly venison casserole if I take it out the freezer now, otherwise I may get something low carb from the M&S dine in for two offer.

I am going out now, but will catch up with everyone's posts later.

It's ages since I've had a quarter pounder. I was always more of a BKing girl myself - love spicy beanburgers.

Had a bit of a lazy day today. Swimming first thing (why did I sign R up for the 9am class ) followed by walking the dog in the woods, but just lazing about since. So now there's lego all over the house for me to pick up once they are in bed

    Anyway, today I have had

    B - smoothie
S - handful of nuts, babybel
L - bacon and scrambled eggs, with tomato and mushrooms
    S - apple
D - will be steak and green veg.

Weigh In the day after tomorrow, so I'd better be good tonight

I've managed to get rid of the festive chocs so will hopefully start properly on Monday but today I've had:

    B - 2 slices toast & jam
    L - tuna mayo
    S - crumpet
D - pasta with cod & hidden veg tomato sauce (i really don't like veg so the more hidden the better )

Hopefully my glass of wine won't make me raid the choc box

I've had a good weekend on the food, fingers crossed the scales will show a loss in the morning!

I'm hoping so as well Kelly

I've just polished off a massive roast and apple crumble but it was all diet friendly so think will be ok. Guests didn't even notice the crumble had no butter or sugar

I need to take my spanx off, I can hardly breathe

Have had a total blow-out weekend, friends staying and no self-control, dreading the scales tomorrow.

Lol at your Spanz pain Rosa!! I went to Christmas lunch with control pants on and it was so bad I took them off on in the toilet and posted them into the sanitary bin

Well I woke up today feeling slimmer. Weird. Anyway was teaching so have big shared lunch which it's very hard to syn but I tried to make wise choices and stayed away from crisps etc. However someone had made hazelnut meringue. Omg it was AMAZING. So allowed myself to sample that!!!!

PMSL!!!! I can't handle the pants, they make me look like a sausage, i just wear the tights which are eye wateringly expensive but marvellous.

    4lbs off Rosa, that's fab

I don't weigh in til tomorrow so does my 2lb loss from last week count?

I had a brilliant weekend which meant I didn't stick to SW too closely I tried really hard to limit the damage but had a few drinks and some chips on Saturday night. I really really enjoyed it too Still I jogged 11, 11 13 minutes yesterday so hopefully that will have been a wee bit of damage limitation.

    Well done everyone

I am SO glad I am using Tuesday's 5lb loss as this week's weigh in result - it has NOT been a good weekend for the diet Last night for dinner I had half a chocolate orange and some pringles

I'm not doing terribly well, only really started this week, but managed 0.5 lbs just by cutting down on bread.

Not too bad today so far, slice of toast for breakfast, ham omelettes in the oven for lunch and left over roast chicken for tea, not sure what with yet though...

Well done on good losses so far
