I STS noo noo this week which I wasn't too happy about but then I did have two meals out last week so hoping this week I lose something.

A good week for me, I've lost a pound again, so getting there slowly, which is what I wanted.

1lb off for me which I'm quite pleased with all things considered!

This week ain't going to be so good. Chinese New Year tonight and Burns on Wednesday. Plus out for yet another corporate doo on Thursday night and a Ball on Saturday night.

Nothing off for me this week

I thought I was doing well, until yesterday it was DD2's birthday and she wanted to go to Pizza Hut for tea - I was going to have a salad but ended up sharing a mahoosive pizza with Dh

.

I think if I weigh myself tomorrow I might have lost!

..... but anyway well done to everyone who has lost something this week!!

STS here too. Bit disappointed as did really well apart from Friday when we went out for DH's birthday, but obviously enough.
