Not great for week 1 but ok as I didn't actually diet

Thinking of ditching WW as am sick of paying for it but not managing to stick to it.
It is amazing what the threat of a school 20-years (since leaving) reunion does for the motivation though... I absolutely will lose 2 stones by August 18th.

Well done Greeneyes your doing brilliantly!
My jeans feel loose today so I think I have dropped a bit overnight or something - trying to avoid the scales though.
Today's food is:
B) 2 fried eggs on wholemeal toast
L) Tuna pasta salad
D) Smoked haddock in Davidstow cheese sauce, broccoli
I have no idea what diet I am trying to do anymore, other than upping my protein at each meal, avoiding carbs after 6pm and downing loads of water - I feel happy with it though and not like i am restricting myself too much. I find upping the protein means I don't feel hungry between meals and stopped the urge to snack though which has been a revelation to me.

Been pretty good food wise so far this week. Plus did a 4 mile run including hill reps on Monday night. Will have ice skating for 2 hours tomorrow morning then going out tomorrow night for a meal at a French Restuarant and fully intend to stuff myself as its all paid for - a corporate doo. No plans at all over the weekend so can hopefully claw back the damage done! Food today has been
Mini Fruit & Nut Weetabix & Skimmed Milk
Salmon, Lettuce, Cucumber & splodge of extra light mayo
Pack of Velvet Crunch Crisps
Muller Light
Banana
Nectarine
Square of Gingerbread Fudge
Risotto with Leeks, Mushrooms, Courgette & Seafood
Shapers Choc Mint Nougat Bar

Oh dear I reckon I'm probably going to be a STS when I WI tomorrow. Have done lots of exercise and eaten fairly sensibly (bar the restaurant night out) but I fear alcohol may be my downfall this week - too much fizz and baileys coffees
On the positive side I was only 0.5lbs over target at SW on Tuesday
