I have all of these experiences and have done since childhood. The sleeping brain is a funny old thing and I certainly do not feel like I am walking with spirits.

Yep, same here ... and on the other side of the fence are the folks who are desperate to believe there is something in it.

I don't know anything about OOB, but I've had a few experiences I would class as psychic - I don't want to share them as they mostly concern other people and were upsetting at the time. The faces are different and I would say more like dreams. It's not the trick of the eye and the wallpaper though, as it's always dark and I am actually too shortsighted to see anything clearly without my glasses, even DH!

Cheers Guinness (pardon the pun)! Bluekat- I'm desperate now am I?!

I'm speaking to my guide every day, he's giving me practical help as well as spiritual stuff, making life easier for me, bringing me business so I can focus on doing what gives me the most satisfaction- music, I gave my first accurate reading last week to someone I've never met, I've met new friends, I'm calmer with my children (mostly!), I'm happy inside & out, I've even written a song for my choir! If that's desperate then bring it on, I'm loving it.

Those of you who say you're NOT psychic- you are. Everyone is. It just depends if you are open to it, in tune with it or even notice it (I have always been open to it, just didn't notice it most of the time & definitely wasn't in tune with it). We all have gut instincts, deja vue, warning bells etc. you just choose to see it in a different way to me. It doesn't make me desperate or even of different beliefs- because I don't 'believe', I know. It means I have a different experience to you, that's all. I know I communicate with spirit. Why are some people so desperate to NOT believe me?!
