What do you do with all the cards you got?
Do they go in recycle? DH says wrapping papers dont so do the cards do? Last year they went in recycle, I think.
This time of the year, we have DS's BD, Xmas & my BD so quite a few cards received.
Do you cut them up and keep them for gift tags next year (something I read online)
With DS getting in to crafts, I could use them but I can't think of anything creative apart from cutting them up and sticking them somewhere
What do you do with them?

They go in the craft box- dd2 (4) likes cutting & sticking.
My mum always makes gift tags with hers- its kind of reassuring to receive presents off her with the home made gift tags, then I know she's ok.

We put them in a box and the girls cut them up and use them for craft projects. They really like doing this.
You could always donate them to your LO's nursery (if appropriate) so they can be used there.

Re: What do you do with all the cards you got?
I've heard quite a few people say that you can't put wrapping paper in but our LA have never said not to. Is this a universal thing? obviously I keep out any of the film/plasticy wrap but put all the paper in, is this likely to be a problem? Our recycling bin has been overflowing over Christmas as they've just started to take all the plastic packaging and pots as well!
I tend to keep the fronts of cards for cutting and tags but often end up recycling them later anyway in mid year clearouts!
